  Tom married Maud and had one son Arthur. Tom and Maud emigrated to Australia 1935 Arthur emigrated to Australia 1932 - 3. Before emigrating Tom was a chaffuer/Gardener to a retired Ceylon Bank Director at Woldingham, then took a pub at Redhill for a year, returned to Caterham as Postman and then took a job in the Sgts Mess at RAF Kenley. Arthur and family still live in the Perth area.
